At the heart of the story is Park Ji-hoon, whose intellectual prowess allows him to solve complex mathematical equations in his mind—an ability he uses to excel academically. However, this extraordinary talent comes at a significant cost: Ji-hoon leads an extremely solitary life, characterized by relentless study and a complete lack of social interaction. His peers regard him as a “creep,” further alienating him from any chance of companionship.
His brief moment of glory comes when he wins a prestigious academic award, igniting jealousy within his classmates, particularly the notorious bully Sugiyam. This award sets off a chain of events, marking Ji-hoon as a target for Sugiyam and his gang of bullies, who are determined to bring him down.
