Part 2/10:
Conan’s story begins during a seemingly idyllic childhood, where he is lovingly taught by his father the value of trust, which, ironically, is limited to the strength of his own sword. This charmed life is abruptly shattered when his village is mercilessly attacked by marauding barbarians. In a poignant scene, Conan’s mother rushes to protect him while his father bravely confronts the invaders, ultimately falling victim to their cruelty as he is attacked from behind and devoured by dogs.
