Part 2/8:
The plot begins with Norman Cleaver, a man searching for gold in the fields near his home. His metal detector leads him to unearthed treasures, but instead of gold, he finds an antique metal box with a toy inside—a Jack in the Box. Intrigued, Norman takes the box home. His wife, however, becomes instantly obsessed with it. Tragedy strikes as Norman hears his wife's screams, only to find her being claimed by the box, with Jack sealing the lid on her fate. This horrifying experience leaves Norman haunted, having lost his wife and being labeled a murderer by society.
