The Announcement of New Residents
Interestingly, the natural landscapes have also attracted some unconventional residents. The great rhea, a large South American bird, has established itself within the area. Initially an escapee from a nearby farm, its population now flourishes amid the lakes, challenging locals to monitor its impact throughout the region.
