Despite the withdrawal of charges against the aforementioned individuals, the legal challenges do not end there. The case will continue against Iding B, an auxiliary nurse accused of administering negligent care to Mohbad. She is set to face prosecution for reckless and negligent acts, as per Section 251(e) of the Criminal Law of Lagos State 2015. Iding B is alleged to have administered several potent injections to Mohbad, which precipitated a severe medical reaction. This matter has remained in the spotlight, inciting demands from fans and fellow musicians for justice in response to the circumstances surrounding the young artist’s death.
