For instance, the inclination to maintain a pristine living space or to remain in peak physical condition can stem from a genuine desire for control, yet it can also reflect a compulsive need to eradicate chaos. This duality poses the question: Are these tendencies genuinely aiding in self-management, or are they inadvertently fostering new issues?
