This moment of gratitude serves as a reminder of the beauty and value of both experiences.
Setting Intentions
Before concluding the session, Adriene facilitates a final mindful breathing exercise, encouraging participants to inhale deeply with gratitude for elements such as the breath, body, and heart. After this closing moment of gratitude, there is space for individuals to set personal intentions for the day, whether mentally or in writing.
