The Quietude of Lying Down
After some initial movements, Adriene transitions the practice to lying down on a blanket or directly on the earth, creating a space for deeper relaxation. Participants are again reminded to tune in to what feels best for their body, whether they choose to extend their legs, bring their feet together, or allow their knees to fall inward.
