This individual stated that he and his friend met Konan and her companions after returning from a party at their resort. The witness’s perspective has been crucial given the lack of jurisdiction from Virginia's Loudoun County Sheriff's Office, where Konan's family resides. Although they are not directly handling the case, they have sent detectives to assist in the Dominican Republic.
