Grock 3 is currently available to Premium Plus subscribers on X, with future plans to introduce a new subscription tier named Super Grock. This will grant advanced access through the bot’s mobile app and the Gro.com website. Furthermore, XAI plans to open source earlier versions of Grock once Grock 3 reaches full maturity, ideally promoting further innovation and collaboration in the AI community.
However, while the advancements are exciting, there are still some caveats. The reasoning model remains in beta, and Musk advised users to expect a few rough edges during this phase. Additionally, a planned voice mode was omitted from the initial launch but is expected to arrive within a week.
