In a March 16 interview with the Daily Mail, Dr. Child refuted assertions that Betsy passed away on February 11. According to his testimony, she had contacted his clinic a day later, on February 12, to discuss scheduling an echocardiogram for her husband. Dr. Child states, “She called me a couple of weeks before her death to ask about getting an echocardiogram for her husband,” indicating that his records suggest she was alive significantly past the previously reported date.
