He was determined to turn the public’s focus to a longstanding obsession: the Jews, who he deemed responsible for Germany's problems. Göring, on the other hand, was less passionate about antisemitism despite being a Nazi leader. His affluent upbringing made him ambivalent towards the Jewish question compared to Goebbels' deep-seated hatred.
