Within this chaos emerges Oscar Schindler, a German businessman and Nazi party member, whose motivations—initially rooted in self-interest—begin to evolve.
Schindler attends a celebration hosted by influential Nazi officials, establishing connections that would later serve as a lifeline for many. His ambition to expand his factory becomes increasingly evident as he reaches out to Jewish financiers and offers them a way to invest in his enterprise. However, the odious restrictions on Jewish business activities challenge his efforts.
