A Growing Family
As days turn into months, Alma grapples with the implications of raising wild animals. Both Jack, the wolf cub, and Dreamer, the lion cub, begin to thrive in their new home. However, Uncle Joe remains wary of the potential dangers these wild animals pose, frequently advising Alma to hand them over to the zoo for their safety.
Yet, Alma feels a deep connection to the animals, insisting it was her grandfather's wish to have them near. The bond blooms—Alma nurtures them, and they come to love her in return. But her joyous days soon face challenges as threats from outside, including the hunters from the Wolf Park, begin to loom closer.
