Part 2/8:

Left with nothing but a seizure notice, he approaches a courthouse staff member named Elliot, who unfortunately cannot assist him due to the limitations of his role. However, another employee named Summer decides to listen to Terry's plight, revealing the harsh realities of civil asset forfeiture, a process that often results in the permanent loss of assets if the owner cannot prove their legality.
