Borrowing Trouble

Desperate to secure funds for his cousin's bail, Terry borrows money from Mr. Lou, a Chinese businessman sympathetic to his plight. He makes plans to confront the corrupt officers, steering his bike through the woods in pursuit of justice. The next morning, however, Terry finds himself among the police once more when he reports the seizure. Instead of help, he faces resistance, with Captain Sandy arriving to assert control and shift blame back to Terry.
