In the ensuing chaos of stampedes and confusion, Noah narrowly evades the security force tasked with maintaining order. Inside the ship, he conceals the truth of his presence from Hailey's father while the cryosleep process begins. With many crew members responsible for the ship awake during the journey, Noah assumes a false identity as a cleaning staff member to avoid detection.
