Upon reaching Europa, the astronauts initiate a landing only to crash slightly off-course due to a navigational error. Radiation levels creep to dangerous heights, preventing crew members from safely leaving their shuttle. They turn their focus to drilling into the icy surface, hoping to extract samples from the potentially life-harboring waters beneath.
As they carry out the drilling operation, things take a mysterious turn. The shuttle oscillates ominously, leading Andrei to a discovery of strange lights flickering beneath the surface. Skeptical at first, the rest of the crew brushes off his concerns, believing that fatigue may have impaired his judgment. But haunted with curiosity, Andrei remains determined to uncover whether there’s more beneath the ice.
