Breathing and Intentions
While maintaining the pose, participants are encouraged to take between five to ten breaths. Adrien reiterates that instead of forcibly pressing knees down, there is a beautiful flow in allowing gravity to assist with the descent.
Adrien concludes the initial practice by guiding practitioners to release the pose, while still focusing on their breathing and attentively transitioning towards a seated position.
