The scene in question takes place in the film's famed ice palace—inspired by the frigid landscapes of Iceland. However, to the surprise of many, the filming location was actually Pinewood Studios. During the podcast, Pike recounted the lengths to which she and her co-star went to prepare for the intimate moments on screen.
"At the time, I discovered things like nipple covers and all the taping that you have to do," Pike explained, recalling the meticulous details involved in filming a love scene. For many actresses embarking on similar roles, these preparations are often a new and awkward experience, and Pike was no exception.
