Huang also unveiled the next evolution in the Reuben series, the Reuben Ultra, designed to significantly elevate computing capabilities. Each GPU will be composed of four robust processing dies capable of achieving 100 petaflops of FP4 precision. When fully configured, this system is expected to deliver an astounding 15 exaflops of FP4 inference compute power and 5 exaflops of FP8 training performance—four times the strength of the initial Vera Rubin NVL 144 setup. Each GPU will also hold up to 1 TB of HBM4E memory, making the total system memory an impressive 365 TB.
