Isaac’s second scene concerns the aftermath of the war against Sauron, where Legolas establishes a community known as Thranduil's Colony, reminiscent of an elven settlement within Gondor’s borders. After the fall of Sauron, much of Gondor lay in ruins, prompting Aragorn to invite Legolas to help cultivate a new elven haven.
Within this new domain, Legolas, along with elves from Mirkwood, restore the area to its former beauty. Isaac notes that while it’s not an independent elven kingdom, it forms an essential alliance that benefits both elves and Gondor. This partnership fosters a new era of coexistence, as the elves bring their craftsmanship and majesty to the once-barren land.
