Once the meringue is ready, carefully fold in 90 grams of flour. It’s important to do this gently to maintain the airiness of the egg whites. Rather than using a whisk, switch to a spatula for a more effective and gentle mixing of the flour into the meringue.
Baking Time
After fully incorporating the flour, transfer the mixture to a greased and lined baking tray. Spread the batter evenly to ensure uniform baking. Place the tray in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (or 350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cake is baked through.
