A Stone Barbecue Experience

Here, we were introduced to a method of cooking wild game that involves grilling over hot stones, infusing the meats with a unique smoky flavor. The menu was diverse, featuring wild boar, deer, chicken, and various vegetables.

Each piece of meat was grilled to perfection, sizzling away on the hot stone as we awaited the first bite. The wild boar was lean and flavorful, while the deer offered a deliciously rich taste, enhanced by a homemade dipping sauce. The chicken, too, was succulent, retaining its natural juiciness as it absorbed the flavors from the stone.
