Interestingly, many of the wizards did not embark on their mission willingly. The prospect of stepping into the mortal realm to confront Sauron, without the ability to fully use their powers, was daunting. Gandalf, known as Olórin in the Undying Lands, was particularly hesitant. He expressed his fears about confronting Sauron and felt inadequate for the task at hand. However, his reluctance did not matter; the Valar insisted on his participation, underscoring the gravity of the mission they were assigned.
