The strategy emphasizes searching for life in "HAISHAN" worlds—planets characterized by vast oceans and hydrogen-rich atmospheres, orbiting red dwarf stars. While these planets may be inhospitable for human beings, they could potentially support microorganisms capable of surviving in extreme conditions.
