Apple cider vinegar (ACV) has been a notable player in the wellness space for many years now. As a registered nutritionist, I encounter discussions surrounding ACV almost weekly. It's often praised for its supposed benefits—particularly in relation to weight loss and insulin sensitivity. A recent study published in 2024, which is a randomized controlled trial with commendable data, fuels this discussion. However, I believe that the evidence surrounding weight loss claims and ACV remains inconclusive and warrants further investigation with a larger sample size.
