Much like the term "superfoods" that has circulated in nutrition discussions, ACV is viewed as a healthier choice by many. This perception often leads consumers to believe that if a product is associated with health benefits, it is inherently better for their well-being.
In recent years, similar trends have surfaced around protein, which is now featured on even the unlikeliest of food products. Just as consumers once gravitated towards protein-laden snacks misleadingly branded as healthy, many now routinely incorporate apple cider vinegar into their diets for its alleged benefits.
