Adding to the woes, fuel has become a rarity amidst the crisis. A recently opened gas station is overwhelmed, with long lines of residents waiting to fill their tanks. Each individual is permitted to purchase only 30 liters of fuel. As one stranded individual remarked, "My tank is completely dry," while others anxiously hold gas cans, waiting for their turn.
Amidst the chaos and lack of organization at the stations, residents express frustration but remain hopeful. Authorities estimate that by Friday, more than half the population will finally gain access to portable water, a small beacon of relief in an otherwise grim situation.
