In response to these failings, acting director Ronald Row has prioritized systematic reforms within the Secret Service:
Shifted Organizational Structure: By reorganizing the office of Investigations to the office of Field Operations, the agency aims to enhance operational effectiveness and better support protective missions.
Training and Accountability: Director Row emphasized the need to reculture the agency to prioritize routine training. Accountability mechanisms are being put in place to ensure that serious lapses do not continue unchecked.
