Inviting Movement and Presence
As the practice unfolds, various movements are incorporated. Participants are guided into the Sufi Grind, a foundational movement characterized by circular motions of the torso. This movement not only allows the body to absorb the tuning but also offers gentle stretching, especially beneficial for those who may have tightness in the lower back.
