Rowing Back to Vitality
Next, we shift to a seated position with extended legs for the Rowboat exercise. Through inhalation and exhalation, the practice stimulates the lower chakras, enhancing vitality. Participants are reminded to focus on mooladhara chakra, the energy center located at the base of the spine, nurturing stability and energy throughout the practice.
Cat-Cow Movements for Flexibility
Transitioning into a cross-legged position, we perform the Cat-Cow movement. This practice helps awaken the lower spine, nurturing both the pelvis and abdomen while increasing the body’s internal temperature and detoxification process. The movement pattern emphasizes rotation while ensuring that breath remains synchronously tied to body movements.
