Spinal Twists for Detoxification
As we continue with spinal movement, we incorporate spinal twists to counteract prior flexing and enhance back flexibility. Keeping the elbows bent, participants engage in gentle twisting while maintaining alignment in the chest and neck. This segment is excellent for working with the liver and supporting the detoxification process.
Empowering the Heart Center
Following the twists, the focus shifts toward opening the heart with more dynamic movements. With one hand in front of the heart and the other pulling towards the body, we alternate lifting elbows to stimulate the thymus gland and bolster the immune system. Aware of any sensations arising, participants are encouraged to stay present with their breath and maintain energy flow.
