Engaging with Energy
As the session progresses, participants are prompted to embrace the sensations accompanied by their breath and the energy circulations in their bodies. In intervals, they are encouraged to hold specific breaths, squeezing their pelvic floor muscles and abdominals to channel energy up the spine. This creates a sense of integration and connectivity within the body.
The repetition of both the spinal breathing and Breath of Fire cultivates an environment of expansion. Participants are reminded to keep their spines straight and hearts open, reinforcing the mind-body connection during the breathing exercises.
