Part 2/8:
As you begin your Kundalini Yoga practice, find a comfortable space, ideally on your yoga mat. Take a seat in easy pose (cross-legged position), ensuring your spine is straight. Utilizing a cushion to elevate your hips can enhance comfort and help you maintain posture throughout your practice.
Invoking Divine Wisdom
Start with the invocation of a mantra: "Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo." This chant acknowledges the divine wisdom accessible through the practice. As you place your hands in prayer pose, with the palms pressed together at your heart, focus on your breath. Close your eyes, inhale deeply, and exhale completely. This grounding practice sets the intention for your yoga journey.
