Engaging the Body: Movement and Breath
The practice begins with movements that involve rocking back and forth while seated. This dynamic motion helps to stimulate the spine and release tension. As participants find their rhythm, they are encouraged to mentally anchor themselves with mantras, enhancing the internal focus of the practice.
