Restorative Practices and Final Integration
After several invigorating exercises, participants ease into restorative poses. Laying on the back for pelvic lifts allows energy built during the practice to move upward through the body. These lifts serve as a “pump,” channeling energy to the throat and brain, while reinforcing core engagement.
