Starting the Practice
The session begins with a centering ritual, where practitioners are guided to bring their palms together in Prayer Mudra and take deep, intentional breaths. The significance of the mantra is expressed through the chant “ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO”, which serves to tune in to one’s higher self and protect the sacred space of one’s practice.
