Energizing the Auric Field
The first exercise, the Ego Eradicator, primes your energy by invigorating the auric field. Extend your arms out with fingers pointed towards the sky, and engage in Breath of Fire. For beginners, a long, deep breath can replace this vigorous practice. This segment serves to enhance your electromagnetic field and prepare your body for the day ahead.
As the breath flows, keep your gaze locked at the third eye—located in the center of your forehead. This focus heightens awareness and concentration.
