The first step in Salima’s practice is creating a safe and comfortable space for participants. Whether seated on a mat or a chair, attendees are invited to sit upright, elongate their spines, and connect with their breath. Through controlled inhalations and exhalations, Salima guides them to focus on releasing tension—from clenching stomachs and racing hearts to tight jaws—promoting a collective calming of body and mind.
