As practitioners fold forward in the Butterfly Pose, they are guided to relax completely, emphasizing the importance of letting the head drop towards the feet. This encourages a deep release of tension, further expanding the peaceful energy cultivated throughout the session.
The sequence gradually leads practitioners to floor work, where they are invited to hug their knees into their chest and explore gentle hip circles. These low-impact movements help massage the lower back and bring a sense of fluidity to the practice, further facilitating the release of stress.
