The journey culminates in Savasana, where participants are guided to extend their legs and rest. This final relaxation engages the accumulation of all preceding poses, allowing participants to fully absorb the benefits of their practice. Breath patterns are acknowledged to be natural, where tension continues to dissipate.
As the session concludes, participants are gently led back to awareness, given the opportunity to express gratitude for the time dedicated to their practice. The mindfulness that concluded the session fosters a sense of peace and allows practitioners to carry this calmness into their daily lives.
