The Core Awakening
Moving into the physical aspect, a powerful way to energize in the morning is by activating the core. Transitioning to lying on your back, raise both legs straight up. This pose may seem daunting at first, but modifications are encouraged. You can place your hands beneath your sit bones for additional support or lower one leg at a time if you're still building core strength.
