Introduction to the Practice
Before embarking on this extended series, it’s beneficial to understand two central breathing techniques used throughout the session: the "sniff and throw" and "breath of fire." The former is a quick inhalation and exhalation through the nose, while the latter is a rapid breathing exercise reminiscent of a panting dog, executed solely through the nose. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and modify the practice according to their comfort levels, with the guiding principle being that "you are your own guru."
