The Flow of Energy
Moving forward, practitioners cross their legs in Sukhasana and utilize cat-cow movements to continue warming the spine. This gentle rocking motion encourages the flow of energy throughout the body while maintaining focus on the breath. Encouraged by the mantra, participants visualize energy moving in wave-like motions along the spinal line, releasing tension and opening the energy channels.
