Building Inner Stability
Following the foundational stretches, practitioners are encouraged to enter a rock pose, which engages the spine through gentle flexes. Holding the breath while performing these movements circulates prana—the life force—throughout the body, promoting healing and vitality. The experience emphasizes surrendering to the breath, which is fundamental to maintaining balance and grounding during the practice.
