Following the Sufi grind, participants lie on their backs and engage in a core activation exercise referred to as the "piston." This exercise targets the abdominal muscles and the third chakra, with the feet pressing into the ground and the legs moving in a pulsing motion. The goal is to draw the navel down toward the mat while maintaining the integrity of the lower back.
