After inhaling deeply, walk your hands to the left side of the mat, stacking your right hand over your left. Hold briefly, then switch to the right side, stacking the left hand over the right, before returning to the center to rise into Tabletop Position.

Warm-Up: Dynamic Movements

From Tabletop, we engage in some dynamic movements to awaken the body. Start with a gentle Figure of Eight motion, sending your weight between your hands and knees in both directions. Transition into gentle Cat-Cow stretches; with every inhale, arch your back, and with every exhale, round your spine to bring your chin to your chest. This movement helps alleviate any tension in your spine.
