Once you’re warmed up, bring the right foot forward between your hands and rise into Low Lunge, interlacing your fingers overhead. Twist gently to the right and open your arms into a T-shape, maximizing length from fingertip to fingertip.

Transition into a Twisted Low Lunge as you lower your left hand to the ground and extend your right arm up towards the sky. You can flex your right foot and send your hips backward, moving through the positions mindfully to create space in the body.
