- With your left leg straight, cross your right leg over the left and twist to the left side. Follow by switching directions.
Inverted Pigeon Pose
To stretch the hip and gluteal muscles:
- Lie on your back, placing your right ankle over your left thigh. Draw your left knee closer to your chest, then switch sides for even stretching.
Shoulder Mobility
Engage in mobility work for the shoulders by lifting your waist off the ground.
- Move your arms like wings 10 times, then perform circles in both directions to maintain shoulder flexibility.
Spine Rotation
While lying on your back, extend your arms in a T-position and keep your legs together.
